Conference Unirandom 2020 on
random nodal domains
In collaboration with Guillaume Poly, and in partnership with the Centre Henri Lebesgue, we are organizing the
international conference Unirandom to be held in Rennes from 7th to
11th September 2020. It will gather specialists from various
mathematical disciplines such as algebraic geometry, spectral analysis,
probability theory or else mathematical physics that share a common
interest in the study of random nodal domains and their geometric,
analytic or probabilistic properties. For more information, visit the dedicated website.
Conference CHL 2020 Stochastic differential geometry and mathematical physics
In collaboration with Ismaël Bailleul and Piotr Graczyk, and in
partnership with the Centre Henri Lebesgue, we are organizing the
conference Stochastic differential geometry and mathematical physics,
to be held in Rennes from 6th to 10th July 2020. For more information,
visit the dedicated website.
Journées de probabilités 2020
The Stochastic process team in IRMAR will organize the next Journées de Probabilités 2020, to be held in Roscoff from
22th to 26th June 2020. For more information, visit the dedicated website.
Since first January 2018, R. Imekraz, T. Letendre, G. Poly, M.
Rossi and myself have started the project Unirandom which is founded by
the ANR (french National Research Agency, grant
ANR-17-CE40-0008). This project is dedicated to the study of random
nodal domains from the point of view of universality, that is to say,
which properties of random nodal sets are independent of the specific
choice of the underlying randomness. For more information, please visit
the dedicated website.
With Jean-Christophe Breton, I am organizing the probability
seminar, each monday from 11 to 12 a.m. The program of the probability
seminar can be found following this link.
Journées Louis Antoine
The Journées Louis Antoine (Louis Antoine's days) occur twice a
year in Rennes. Each sesssion offers two doctoral courses of 3 hours. See the dedicated
