About Me

Hey! I'm a scientist at the Fractory, a research lab funded by Itasca Consultants and the OSUR (CNRS/Univ. Rennes).

My current resarch is on Discrete fracture Networks (DFN) structural, flow and mechanical properties. I have worked on both theoretical and practical aspects of numerical simulations of fractured rocks.

Research Projects

My research projects focus on various fundammental aspects related to fractures in geological media:

Software

I'm actively involved in the development of DFN related software:

DFNLab: I'm the software architect and lead developper of this collection of modules to deal with Discrete Fracture Networks.

Itasca Software: I'm the lead developer of the DFN module in ITASCA software, which allows DFN manipulation and integration in the well-known ITASCA software for geomechanical simulations

Deprecated:

H2OLab : I was involved in the developpement of this academic software for simulating flow in geological media.
